Community Employment Services

Lambton College's Community Employment Services is here to assist employers in finding employees who fit their organizations. We can also work with employers to access government programs that will help ease the burden of adding new employees to your workplace.

Through government grants and subsidized training programs, Lambton College can help you flex with the changing needs of your industry. Whether you need to train new hires or re-skill seasoned employees, we can help you access the right programs that can have your employees trained without the added expense.

Co-op & Placements Students

Together we have the responsibility of educating and training a future generation of employees and colleagues. By working with Lambton College and providing students with co-op, internship, and placement opportunities, you will be refueling your future employment needs but also playing an active role in the education and experience our graduates will receive before they become your full-time employees.

Professional Training & Development

Through our micro-credentials and online education department, we are ready to develop the training you need to ensure your employees are ready for the changing needs of the workplace.
