Employers - Commitments

Developing a relevant training/work experience plan that will assist program participants in achieving their labour market goals and the employer in achieving their business goals
Provide feedback/assessments of participants skill level
Having potential long term/contract position for participant
Provide participant with adequate supervision
Placing participant on the company’s payroll and providing the same employment terms as for all regular employees
