- Two beds (some have two single beds and some two double beds)
- Two desks with chairs and desk lights
- Two armoires with shelving
- A washroom shared by the two residents in that room
Other features included in residence are:
- The College’s wireless Internet
- Cable television hook ups and phones with local calling enabled
The common rooms in residence include:
- A quiet study lounge
- A student kitchen
- Laundry rooms
- A main lounge with ping pong, foosball and pool tables
- A computer lab with printer and scanner
