• How do I apply for my Diploma/Certificate?

  Students who have completed all of the required courses for their program can apply to graduate by filling out the Application for Diploma or Certificate Form. Prior to completing this form, consult the list of eligibility requirements to graduate.

• How do I get my grades?

  You can access your grades by logging into your WebAdvisor. Click on GRADES under Online Learning for more information.

• What do I do if I've forgotten my college ID or your password:

  When you visit http://webadvisor.lambton.on.ca there is a link to reset your password. You can also access video tutorials on how to reset your password.

• What are monthly intakes?

  Monthly intake courses are additional intakes that are activated the first working day of each month for some online courses. These are denoted as Sections 71, 72, 73. Registrations for monthly intake courses will be accepted up until the 3rd working day of the month.

• How do I obtain textbooks and workbooks?

  Textbooks and workbooks can be purchased for online courses by clicking on Buy Textbooks under Online Learning. This page links to the online bookstore for OntarioLearn courses.

• Am I eligible for educational tax credits?

  Course tuition fees in any one calendar year exceeding $100 entitle the student to a tax deduction. Registration fees for part-time post-secondary programs and some computer programs include an Information Technology Activity Fee.

• Do I get a refund for my online course?

  Please visit the Withdrawing from a Course section for the Online Learning refund policy.

• Is financial aid available?

  Students taking credit courses on a part-time basis may be eligible for the part-time Canada Student Loan program or the Ontario Special Bursary Program. To determine if you are eligible for either, please contact Financial Aid at 519-541-2401.
