Documentation Requirements
Documentation is required for each specific disability. Please
contact the SSD office for more information regarding the specific
requirements.
Note: For students with disabilities entering college from high
school, interim accommodation based on IPRC/IEP may be assigned
for one term only; thus allowing the students a period of grace
in which to obtain up to date documentation. For other disabilities,
consideration may be given for temporary or interim (one term
only) accommodation while full documentation is obtained.
Some conditions may qualify for temporary accommodations, please
check with SSD office.
Documentation from appopriate professional must include a clear
diagnostic statement. Please be advised that all confiential
files in SSD office are shredded after 10 years.
High school records remain at the last high school attended.
You are responsible for obtaining these records and bringing
them to the college or requesting to have the records forwarded
