Rates are for an eight-month term from September to April. The rate includes your furnished room (minus bedding, linens, towels, etc.), utilities, cable television (television not provided by college), Internet access, telephone service (free local calls) and light housekeeping.
Residence accommodations are shared rooms. You will be living with a roommate. If you wish to request a specific roommate, you can do so on your Residence Application form.
Deposit: $250.00 refundable deposit at time of application.
This is a damage deposit. If your room is intact when you move out, you will receive this money back. This also ensures you will have a room.
