Applied Spa Experience II

This course gives students the opportunity to practice on fellow students and members of the college community. Students have the opportunity to "fine tune" the skills they have acquired in this semester and the previous semester, spending 90 hours in a professional spa setting. Using computer skills, students are responsible for booking appointments, as well as laundry, cleaning, performing services and taking inventory. Professionalism is stressed. Students learn and practice sterilization and sanitation procedures in accordance with Canada Health and Safety standards.
